Supportive Housing for Women in Transition

The Sweet Stay Housing Program has partnered with the Regional Municipality of Durham to provide safe, affordable, and stress-free room and board housing for women transitioning from domestic violence shelters and crisis situations. We understand that finding housing can be overwhelming, especially during life transitions. Our program removes common barriers and focuses on accessibility, dignity, and ease of move-in.

Our program supports women as they rebuild their lives in a stable, respectful, and nurturing environment. We offer private or shared rooms, with all utilities included. There are no credit checks, making this program accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. With a month-to-month lease, residents benefit from flexibility while still enjoying the security of a stable living environment.

We provide trauma-informed, client-centered care that prioritizes safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Our team works alongside each resident to develop personalized transition plans focused on long-term stability and success.
